Lambert's has been a fine dining staple in Taos since 1989. We serve beautiful, Contemporary American cuisine that is distinct, fresh, and local. Everything on our menu, from our breads and pastas to our ice creams, is handmade fresh from scratch. We proudly source locally with Cordillera farms, Freshies of NM, Midori Acres, Morning Star Farms, Taos Honey Co., Taos Hum, and Taos Teenie Greenies.
