We are thrilled to be hosting Co-Owner and Winemaker Greg McClellan of Suzor Wines. Suzor is a fantastic, family-owned winery out of the Willamette Valley in Oregon that features beautiful, complex new-world wines crafted in an old-world style.

​Wines of Eastern Europe with Patrick Cournat

We are extremely excited to be partnering with Patrick Cournot of Ruffian Winebar (NYC) on an Eastern European wine class series. Patrick has 20 years of experience in New York City fine dining as a sommelier and restaurateur. His focus is on Central and Eastern European wines. Ruffian has received 6 Michelin Bib Gourmands and helped popularize orange wines in New York. Patrick is passionate about telling the story of wine before it reached France.

Patrick will be teaching two classes: one on the wines of Slovenia and the other on the wines of Hungary. Each class is roughly two hours long. We will also be hosting a wine dinner with Patrick on Thursday, February 19th. Space is limited, and reservations are required.
